Job Description for A-1 Exterminators Customer Service Representative
- Receive incoming calls from current and prospective customer in a courteous and professional manner
- Make outgoing calls to current and prospective customers in courteous and professional manner
- Schedule appointment
- Confirm/reschedule appointments
- Communicate with customers through mail, email, fax, phone, etc.
- Input/Update customer information in company database while paying close attention to details
- Communicate with Technicians and sales team, regarding changes in schedule, eta’s or general information
- Knowledgeable of company products and /offers
- Use sales techniques to aid customers in their purchasing decision
- Up selling company services to contribute a mutually beneficial relationship between the company and its customers
- Problem solve
- Closing calls in a timely and professional manner
